Business Analyst

The Business Analyst will have proven and highly successful experience specifically in designing and delivering Document Capture and Document Management Solutions and Processes.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in testing/UAT of document management and imaging solutions.

Also necessary is a strong customer focus and cultural awareness to operate in a complex, multi-country, corporate operational environment.

He/she must have a creative and flexible approach to problem-solving for this Business Analyst role

Knowledge of Document and Records Management Principles will be advantageous, as would experience in document categorisation and taxonomy design.

Key responsibilities will include:
* Analyse, design and implement operational change to deliver improved effectiveness and efficiency within the agreed timelines, quality and budget

* Re-engineer existing Document Management Business Processes to account for increased levels of automation

* Improve customer service and reduced unit costs

* Create and manage measurement systems to track adaption, utilisation and proficiency of changes

* Ensure all operational change is benchmarked and improvements are measured

* Ensure operational change is successfully embedded into BAU

* Support the creation of standards, practices and tools for operational change and on-going operational management
Work with internal and external teams to deliver change

* Operate within agreed decision making standards, limitations and authorities

The rate will be £400 per day, initially on a 3 month contract
