Business Analyst

For our client in Den Haag, the netherlands, we are currently looking for an experience business analyst who is interested to work on a long term project.

Onsite at the client in Den Haag.

The provision of advice, assistance and leadership in any area associated with the procurement, provision, delivery, maintenance or effective use SAP and its environments.

Job description:
The team in The Hague is functionally responsible for the system. They need to interface directly with the business to capture and manage business demand to enable prioritized execution. The demands are captured and implemented through the Change Management process.

Experience and Qualifications required
- Recent (within 5 years) Experience within the petrochemical environment
- An education at degree level or equivalent professional qualifications/experience ideally in a Business/IT discipline. - Experience in a corporate environment, including knowledge of change management Able to communicate with business customers at various levels of seniority and translate requirements and queries to a technical level with IT support organization
- Strong analytical skills with experience of complex problem solving.
- Dedication to meet the customer's requirements and expectations, taking ownership of issues and respond in a proactive manner where appropriate.
- Ability to teach/share knowledge.
- Able to thrive under pressure and handle multiple/conflicting priorities/deadlines.
- Experience in working in a global implementation/development/support preferably of a SAP solution.
