Business Analyst

BUSINESS ANALYST - BANKING - HR - HUMAN RESOURCES

A leading Retail Bank based in Halifax is seeking a BUSINESS ANALYST to work on a complex project, which offers the opportunity to work with senior level professionals in a highly respected organisation. This is a business change role not a technical/IT position.

The purpose of the project is to deliver the new HR function, including people and systems. Key responsibilities will include:

- System implementation analyst for HR systems.
- Core deliverables are to support systems project managers in:
- Ensure a coordinated and compliant approach is adopted for implementation governance
- Development of system implementation plans
- Delivery of system implementation plans
- Ensure coordination of HR system implementation

To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following skills within financial services (ideally retail banking):

- Business Analysis - ie attention to detail, capability to work with SMEs to understand the function of the business
- Experience of system implementation
- Experience in delivery of HR systems (including Learning, resourcing and payroll)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong planning and governance skills
- Strong communication skills with both IT and business colleagues

As well as proven experience on a large scale programme within a banking environment.
