Business Analyst

Our client is a leading facilities organization & currently searching for an experienced Business Analyst for a 12 Month fixed term contract position. The successful candidate will have a solid background in working on IT projects, must be versitile & possess excellent communication skills. This role will require the successful applicant to deal with both business and IT stakeholders throughout this organisation so people management skills and abilities will need to be extremily high.

To be considered for this role, you should possess the following skills and experience:
Excellent abilities in developing business requirements
Demonstrated ability to identify and gather requirements through consultation and analysis
Experienced in facilitating stakeholder workshops and interviews to understand their issues, needs and expectations
Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with multiple stakeholders across the organisation
Strong communication skills and the ability to work autonomously
Demonstrated understanding of IT concepts & SDLC
Business requiements gathering using structured processess BABOK desirable or similar
UML or BPMN experience desirable
Flexible and adaptable

This is a project based position within IT consulting across a number of projects working with varying levels across the business. Experience of SAP project implementations working as a Business Analyst would be highly desirable as would your experience working with Prince2 methodologies or similar.
