Our giant Pharma Client is currently looking for a Business analyst with strong technical writer exposure for a project in Basel, Switzerland.

BUSINESS ANALYST

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Developing business-specific organisational solutions. Dealing with organisational problems, focusing in particular on process organisation and single tasks.

MAIN TASKS:

-  Surveying, analysing and recognizing tasks, structures and the disposition of physical and organisational resources
-  Definition of work orders and support of the target definition process
-  Development and evaluation of methods of resolution
-  Giving support in planning and carrying out organisational changes
-  Evaluating physical and organisational resources
-  Supporting the project leader in the fields of quality assurace and project execution
-  Consulting the sponsor regarding the workplace design, spatial planning and disposition of physical and organisational resources 
-  Ongoing adjustment of the disposition of physical  and organisational resources to changing environmental influences and organisational changes in existing complex organisational solutions

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

Immediately Technical Writer required (English language):-Main focus is the creation of the training documentation for a planning tool called pTrack. Additional focus is finalization of p Track technical documentation (specification, technical design). Activities will include illustration creation (processes partially already available). It is also required to assembly many existing drafts into official project templates. Skills in Powerpoint, Vision, Word required. Able to draw quickly processes and architectural designs (based on input). Quick learner, team player and technical background are advantages.

Candidates with minimum 5 +years experience can apply for this role.
