2. Confident in managing and discussing business needs with SLT (Sr. leadership team)
3. Hands on experience in SQL writing skills
4. Hands on experience in SSRS reporting skills
5. Articulate and smart in proposing and delegating reporting needs to business
6. DUTCH SPEAKING SKILLS is MANDATORY
7. Prepare Work Manuals
8. Understanding
Outsourcing business is critical and work experience with Indian IT companies is mandatory
