Business Analyst

Business Analyst.

· Should have rich experience in Investment Banking and asset management
· Should be able to demonstrate in-depth understanding of investment banking customers' industries and core business processes, and their technical and business requirements
· Liaise and co-ordinate with clients and carry out detailed requirement documentation
· Provide SME support to IT teams
· Strong understanding of the Software development lifecycle

General expertise/capabilities
· Proven expertise in Requirements Elicitation from Business and IT stakeholders and requirements documentation
· Active contribution in requirement workshops at the client site proposing solutions as and when requirements being discussed
· Answer all queries from the team related to requirements and bridge gaps in understanding
· Address all requirements by maintaining complete traceability from all sources of changes - business requirements, data model changes, impact of other changing applications etc.
· Ability to guide the technical design team on all functional fronts by thorough analysis and working closely with client stakeholders
