The primary duties of this role are:

- Analyse the current pay and conditions database (PCS) and associated applications in order to determine strengths and limitations of each
- Analyse the benefits, risks and costs associated with maintaining, upgrading or replacing PCS and PayCheck Plus
- Work with Architects to determine impacts on existing systems and potential timeframes
- Develop detailed business requirements

The successful candidate will have:

- Minimum 5 years BA experience with an application development/delivery background.
- Experience as a business analyst on successful public facing web projects highly regarded
- Ability to document requirements and specifications for modifications to existing systems and new systems
- Communication and documentation skills.
- Experience in analysing business needs to develop business requirements, use cases and functional specifications
- Experience in the development of business cases highly regarded.
- Knowledge of web technologies and software development life cycle
