Our client is seeking an experienced BUSINESS ANALYST to ensure the effective delivery of the strategic policy frameworks set by the Policy and Regulation Divisions.

YOUR DUTIES:

- Support the Delivery Policy and Business Rules Manager and Transition Program Manager with policy and business impact analysis
- Gather and analyse business requirements and provide available options
- Prepare reports and concept papers for management
- Arrange and prepare user meetings, presenting issues and solutions
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with key internal/external stakeholders
- Provide recommendations and suggestions into the planning and implementation phase of the project

YOUR BACKGROUND:

- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
- Proven experience with the DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT OF POLICY AND BUSINESS RULES DOCUMENTATION to support enterprise wide business process change.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across multiple organisations and work areas
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to produce high quality written documentation
- Excellent facilitation and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to cover wide subject matter - technical, process and roles/responsibilities
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Visio, PowerPoint and Excel
