Business Analyst

POSITION: Business Systems Analyst   
LOCATION: Portland, OR 97217
DURATION: Contract through 3/1/2013
START DATE: ASAP
HOURS: M-F, 8am to 5pm, 40 hours per week

PAY: $35/hr

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs.
- Documents requirements, defines scope and objectives, and formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies.
- May require a bachelor's degree in a related area and 4-6 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Familiar with relational database concepts, and Client Server concepts.
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Performs a variety of complicated tasks.
- May lead and direct the work of others.
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
- Typically reports to a manager.

- Federal District Criminal Background Check (7 years)
- Court Records Search Motor Vehicle License Verification and Record Search
- Drug Testing (5 panel urinalysis, Non-DOT)
- Education Verification (Highest Level)
