Our client is a Swiss financial institute, based in Zürich. In order to reinforce their team, Swisslinx is seeking a Business Analyst.
As a Business Analyst your responsibilities would be the following:
- Information gathering such as surveying, analysing and evaluating processes
- Determining required solutions and assisting in implementations
- Preparing documentations related to the project
- Supporting project management tasks in the area of quality control and project management
- Supervising/coaching junior Business Analysts
In order to be considered for this position, we are looking to find the best candidates with the following profile:
- Ideally a master or bachelor diploma
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience with process documentation and with solution design
- Experience with client data is a plus
- Good communication skills
- Fluency in English, German is a plus
