Business Analysis/Wealth Management Change/Salesforce

THE RESPONSIBILITIES 

Is able to demonstrate successful achievement of and extensive knowledge in the following areas:

- Business analysis planning and Monitoring         
- Elicitation            
- Requirements management and Communication
- Requirements analysis  
- Process analysis and modelling
- Solution assessment and Validation        
- Stakeholder Management

ESSENTIAL SKILLS 

- Salesforce experience for at least one year
- WebDigital experience 
- Experience of Use Case development
- Agile/Scrum - experience of working in an iterative fashion as oppose to traditional waterfal
- Financial services experience
- Competent in the use of business analysis tools, techniques and processes
- Familiar with project and software delivery life cycles
- Proven analytical and inter-personal skills
- Proven influencing, negotiation and communication skills
