BUSINESS ANALYSIS MANAGER - CHANGE MANAGEMENT - BANKING - TAX

Based in Halifax a Business Analysis Manager is required on a contract basis to work on a major business change programme within the FS sector.

The programme relates to business enablement activity which supports a company wide initiative to comply with tax legislation and to tackle tax avoidance by people who deposit funds in foreign financial institutions. Any experience of working on tax regulation/legislation projects such as FATCA would be a bonus.

Candidates must have:

- Strong change management, business process change experience in the financial services/banking sector.
- Proven ability to lead a team of Business Analysts across various workstreams.
- Very strong communication and interpersonal skills - you will be required to develop relationships with and manage a complex set of stakeholders.
- Detailed knowledge of all business analysis deliverables within a business function.
