Business Analist Data Warehouse

Intuition IT is urgently looking for a Business Analyst BI/BO for a long term project in Brussels.

JOB DETAILS FOR BUSINESS/TECHNICAL ANALYSIS:
- Manage an in-house Datawahourse on a day-to-day basis (support, bug fixes, evolutions)
- Act as an interface between the users, the technical experts and the outsourced development team-
- Analyse malfunctioning of the application and propose corrections for anomalies raised by the business
- Maintain application documentation in phase with the current state
- Plan changes in the adequate releases and follow-up with the release management team
- Design and implement technical and performance tests
- Follow-up on user acceptance testing with the business

TECHNICAL ENVIRONMENT:
Sybase DB, stored procedures, Business Objects reports
Good technical skills to interact with technical experts and development teams.
Good understanding of financial products/instruments or experience in the financial sector.
Good communication skills to interact with the user team and reporting teams.
Strong business analysis (Prince II, UML modelling or other methodologies) and documentation skills. University degree (computer sciences, engineering, economics, finance, ...)
Extensive experience as business analyst working on in-house built applications.
Expertise working on DataWarehouse projects or Business Objects reporting is mandatory
Fluency in Dutch or French is definitely a bonus.
