Business Administrator / Manager

This position is available to graduates in Wales via the GO Wales scheme.

BOS Leisure are established experts in Pool, Hot Tub, Spa, Sauna and Steam Room installations.

They are seeking a graduate to provide support with administration within the business.

Over a 10 week period they will assist in all aspects of the Business administration including, accounts work (training will be given), spreadsheet preparation and maintenance, dealing with customers in the showroom and dealing with telephone enquiries, maintenance of database and filing system.

Work will be extremely varied.

You will also be able to analyse current administrative procedures to find ways of developing these and improving efficiency.

There may be a possibility that the place would assist with updating web-site information and providing AutoCAD Sketchup drawings if they are familiar with this.

There may also be a possibility of a longer term role with the company depending on the success of the placement.

Non-EU/EEA Graduates must supply a copy of their work Visa.

Essential Requirements :

A Degree in any subject
Strong IT skills (Word, Excel etc)
Ability to prioritise work
Ability to communicate at all levels of an organisation and members of the public
Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
Desirable Requirements :
AutoCAD Sketchup drawing
Experience of updating web-sites.
Accounts experience/knowledge

Expected Outcomes :

By the end of the placement, you will have provided excellent administrative support, and improved existing office procedures in order to increase efficiency.
