Business Adherence Program Mgr

As a Business Adherence program manager, you will be responsible for the creation and execution of the process to launch new products on our mobile device business, including scope, requirements, timing and resources. The Business Adherence program Manager will be involved in new process launches across many of our Customer Care groups, which target a variety of different consumers and markets.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- End-to-end ownership of the process to launch new processes for support of our mobile devices.
- Develop and manage against key milestones and report to senior leadership on progress.
- Prioritize process introductions based on milestone calendars.
- Create and maintain production schedules for content development and image creation.
- Partner with Customer Care team members on developing new process requirements and driving the process.
- Maintain an updated product information database for the Customer Care team that includes data presented on the websites as well as other technical specifications.
- Develop an effective QA process that identifies, troubleshoots, and resolves any product set-up issues.

SKILLS:

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:

- Candidate must have 4+ years of Supply chain experience, preferably in consumer electronics or related fields.
- Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance - Bachelors Supply Chain or related.
- Proven ability to manage, recruit, and motivate a strong team.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 15% to global locations.
- Technical knowledge of contact center and reverse logistics processes.
- Experience driving multiple new projects.
