For our bankking client in Zürich e are currently looking for a Business Analyst in Credit Risk:
START: ASAP
DURATION: 6 months
LOCATION: Zürich
The Key Responsibilities will include:
* Drive and coordinate the delivery of Credit Risk relevant IT and process changes
* Prepare Business Requirement documents including requirement description and use cases
* Work with the Functional Architects and other Business Analysts to ensure the solutions proposed are fit for purpose
* Identify opportunities for IT and process improvements
* Analyze business processes and recommend new design changes to existing business processes
* Assist IT and business in defining test cases and acceptance criteria
The ideal candidate would have the following skills and qualifications:
* Strong track record in business analysis
* Strong quantitative and analytical skills
* Experience in process management/design
* Strong communication skills to face off to, influence and engage senior stakeholders
* Ability to work independently, highly organized and able to work in a quickly changing and fast paced environment
* Good knowledge of IT and banking processes
* Excellent communication skills in English
* (Credit) Risk experience and understanding of the banking environment would be a plus
* Understanding and experience of implementing regulatory projects in a large bank would be a plus
