Buisness Process Analyst (S17)

My client currently has a number of requirements to join their team across Business Process Analysis. This role will be focused on NON-IT, BUSINESS FOCUSED PROCESS IMPROVEMENT INITIATIVES. A background in Utilities, Service provider background or experience as a Process Analyst in a large corporate environment will be ideal for this role.

The role will focus around redefining process across various key business area's as well as redefining role definitions and responsibilities

SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE ROLE

- Facilitation/moderation of workshops
- Process analysis/improvement eg six sigma
- Definition of KPI/monitoring (time, quality and cost)
- QMS documentation to standards
- Process documentation/visualisation to standards

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- 3-5 years experience as a Business Process Analyst with a focus on non-IT, Business processes
- Worked across  business process analysis, preferably in a service provider/system engineering environment, with added experience in the following areas
- Admin processes (eg risk, safety, financial based processes),
- customer service, work-force coordination, project-office processes
- asset planning - processes
- product, service planning - processes
- As-is/to-be analysis on processes
- planning of approach to address gaps
- Defined and agreed on processes incl. accountabilities and interfaces
- Documented processes to standards
- Documents, trainings & communications to support change
- Six Sigma certified (White, Yellow or Greenbelt)
- Extensive experience across MS Office and Visio
- Process modelling toolset experience (Aris, Casewise, iProcess etc)
