Our public sector client has a fantastic role for a Building Surveyor / Project Manager to join them looking at Project Managing a range of work to properties and accommodation and also carrying out building surveys. This Manager looking at the delivery of construction/adaptation projects from inception to handover, development of specifications and designs, procurement of design services and construction contracts, management of design teams and contractors, assist them in the development and implementation of strategic and asset development programs and project plans, undertake building inspections, dimensional surveys and carry out feasibility studies in respect of proposed projects. Ideally candidates will be MRICS (RICS), have a CSCS card and good CDM knowledge.
