Building Surveyor

A freelance Building Surveying job, based in Glasgow, with an initial contract length of 3 months.

YOUR NEW COMPANY
Our client are a public sector organisation based in Glasgow, looking for a Freelance Building Surveyor to join their team for an initial period of three months.

YOUR NEW ROLE
The role is varied in the sense it will encompass many aspects of traditional building surveying duties - surveying our clients vast portfolio of properties.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
The successful candidate will ideally be a Chartered Building Surveyor although this is by no means essential. You will also preferably have previous public sector experience in order to hit the ground running in this role. The client has also requested that applicants have at least 5+ years experience in a building surveying role. Experience in using CAD is also a pre-requisite for this position.
