Building Surveyor

BUILDING SURVEYOR, PROPERTY SERVICES

Fixed term until January 2014, full time (37 hrs per week)

Scale SO1, Salary £24,646- £26,276

The Property Section are seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to come on board within their asset management team to work on their commercial property portfolio. You will be joining an existing team of surveyors to deliver the corporate revenue and capital programmes.

You will have good technical surveying skills including professional work, landlord and tenant, health and safety, tenancy / lease renewals and schedules and have very strong customer service and organisation skills.

You will be capable of communicating at all levels both internally and externally and be extremely results driven to meet deadlines and generate fees for the Property Section. This role is an excellent opportunity for those wanting to progress within the construction industry.
