Building Services Engineer

We are currently recruiting for a Building Services Engineer to work on-site at our client in central London.

Role Description

This role is for a Building Services Engineer (Electrical bias) based at Head Office in central London, working with a site based Assurance Team.

Tasks to include:

* Provide Design Endorsement (ECR Pt3)
* Provide Installation Conformance (ECR Pt5)
* Provide advice on development of designs and proposals
* Undertake audit of Power Systems and provide input to Audit Report
* Undertake audit of Planned Maintenance and provide Audit Report
* Maintain Record of Power Budget
* Participate in audit of PROM System and provide input to Audit Report
* Participate in audit of Spares and Obsolescence provide input to Audit Report

Key Skills

Required

* Minimum NQF level 5 - HNC/HND in Building Services Engineering or equivalent
* NEBOSH construction certificate or Academy of Project Co-ordinators Intermediate Certificate (AcPC2) or equivalent
* C&G th Edition (BS7671) Course

Desirable
* CIDA IDA course is desirable
* Ideally Security Cleared

Experience

* Sound engineering knowledge of electrical building services systems and equipment
* Knowledge of legislative and site specific standards for installations, maintenance and inspections.
* Technical audits and inspections
* Production of technical audit and inspection reports
* Effective communications with all stakeholders
* Maintaining detailed records of all work activity
