Projektbeschreibung
The candidate will be multi skilled but with a mechanical bias. Electrical design experience is a benefit.
You will be involved in Building Services Design and working with a team of architects on the early stage conceptual designs of large projects.
Projects include residential development and larger scale hospitality projects.
You need to have knowledge of CIBSE Guides and of relevant British Standards and Building Regulations.
This is initially a 3 month contract with a strong possibility of extension for the correct candidate. The rate is £15-18 p/h dependent on relevant experience.
