Building Project Manager

A fantastic opportunity has become available for a BUILDING PROJECT MANAGER to deliver the Fire Compliance Programs for the Group Homes and Large Residential Centre.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

- End to end Project Management of the Fire Sprinkler installation and associated fire compliance works
- Building contract administration
- Communicate with Water Authorities and other key stakeholders
- Engage and supervise highly skilled contractor panel
- Completing project reports for the client and Construction Manager

YOU WILL HAVE:

- Experience working in the building industry
- Fire service experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including MS Projects
- The ability to identify project requirements
- Ability to liaise with stakeholders, negotiate with contractors and manage the project for compliance
- A current Drivers Licence
