Building Permit Coordinator
Purpose of the Job
The Building Permit Coordinator (BPC) will work within the Site Acquisition Department
The BPC will report to the Site Acquisition Manager.
Key accountabilities:
*Leads/drives the internal deployment activities related to Building Permits in Belgium.
*Responsible for the tracking tool update and the weekly status reporting.
*Deliver high quality building permit packages to obtain the required Building Permits.
*Assist acquisition experts to maximize results, respecting priorities.
*Solves the specific operational, contractual and financial issues and generates global reporting to management.
*Manages the priority of action to perform in order to obtain the highest output as possible in terms of Building permits/Building permit exemptions.
*Has a push/pull attitude with the different Teams on his projects
*Sets up and maintains a network on government level to achieve the maximum output within the KPI/SLA.
*Launches, follows up and receipts Building permits for the acquisition related activities.
*Participates in transversal projects where needed.
*Contributes to the definition and improvement of deployment processes, methods and procedures.
*Participate to weekly meetings with the Site Acquisition Team Leader.
*Participate on regularly basis with the customer and defends the way forward on a specific project.
Competencies:
General:
*Master degree or equivalent by experience
*Minimum 2 years of Building Permit experience in Acquisition and/or network deployment
*Good comprehension & experience in Building Permit flow in Belgium.
*In depth knowledge of the Belgian regulations per region
*Good knowledge of telecom business
*Fluent in French, Dutch and English. Local profile is mandatory for this position.
