BUILDING INSPECTOR, BUILDING MAINTENANCE INSPECTOR, BUILDING SURVEYOR, NON IT TECHNICAL OFFICER

Building Maintenance Inspector required for an initial 3 Month contract to be based from my clients offices in South West London.

My client is seeking a Building Maintenance Inspector with experience in dealing with day to day repair and maintenance issues. You will be raising orders, monitoring works to vacant properties, leasing with contractors and assisting estate managers with the more complex repair issues. You will be leasing with the tenants and leaseholders so effective customer service skills are also essential.

To be considered for this position, you must have experience in the following;

- Experience of property maintenance
- Ability to undertake surveys and prepare specifications
- Ability to supervise contractors
- Ability to prepare short reports
