CONTRACT
BASED IN HAMMERSMITH/SHEPHERDS BUSH
Looking for individuals from a Building control background to join an exciting large scale commercial building expansion project in West London to provide professional and technical building control expertise, in particular - site inspection and other building control requirements.
This is a contract role and will need the successful candidate to be able to:
- Inspect building works and ensure building regulation compliance
- Have knowledge of building regulations
- Be able to give advice on proposals from design teams and 3rd parties
- Have good IT skills and excellent stakeholder management background
- Be comfortable in a Building Control role, with knowledge of this area.
