Build & Release Engineer (m/f)

Currently we are looking for an experienced Build & Release Engineer (m/f) for an interesting and longterm project.

Your tasks will be:
+ researching ways to improve the software building process
+ sharing production information with Technology teams with focus on providing solutions for builds, releases and controls throughout the software lifecycle
+ maintaining and building automation scripts
+ Scripting, documentation, process definition and automation are primary tasks
+ Deployment automation and version management

+ Full software development lifecycle experience working in Agile environments
+ Familiar with Agile / Kanban Methodology
+ Experienced in programming Shell scripts
+ Experience in Python or similar is a plus
+ Build automation and release tools are also required, including Jenkins, Maven or similar
+ Familiar with Atlassian suite (JIRA, Confluence, Crucible, FishEye, etc.)
+ Experienced with Source Control Systems (GIT - Gitorious, GitHub)
+ Preferable experience in using modern deployment tools such as Puppet
+ Experience in developing continuous builds for a Continuous Delivery
+ Strong communication skills in English and German
