Build Process Analyst Specialist

INTRODUCTION:
. Support the Process Owners by contributing to the definition of the build process in the End to End change, build and release processes as well as related standard routines and templates.

. Contribute functionally to the design of the Build solution.

ROLE:
Process Management
. Document and analyse AS IS Build process and solution with the support of Subject Matter Experts
. Participate to requirements gathering
. Contribute actively in the design and validation of TO BE:
o Build processes
o Standard routines and templates
o Integration with other processes
. Deliver proper training material on the process and on the tools

Technical Solution
. Contribute to the functional specification of the technical solution
. Contribute to the definition and execution of test scripts

Contribution to the Project
. Participate to project design meetings
. Take the lead on different topics which need to be addressed during workshop or with virtual working team

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
. Process design experience with delivering Process, Data and Software development in an international and complex/global environment
. Experience in the management of Design and Build activities
. Critical thinking - Ability to analyze proposed solutions to problems, to identify strengths and weaknesses and the potential impact
. Soft skills - Good verbal and written communications. Demonstrated Team Player, Results Focused, Take Initiative, and Proactive Collaboration

KNOWLEDGE AND PROFESSIONAL SKILLS:
. ITIL Foundation certification
. Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
. Other ITIL certification a plus
. Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
. LEAN Design
. ITIL and Service Management
. SAP Solman
. HP Service Manager a plus

LANGUAGE SKILLS:
. Fluent in English
. Fluent in French a plus
