BUILD MANAGER - LONDON - TIER 1 INVESTMENT BANK - CONTRACT

My client are an Investment Bank in London and are looking for a technical, hands-on release manager to help improve our build, release, integration and testing infrastructure to play a leading role in our effort to streamline our release process and help define the strategic dev-qa processe, working in the Continuous Delivery sub-team responsible for the setup and administration of new continuous integration development tools for source control, continuous integration, automated build and release tools as well as execution of change management & release duties for the team.

This role has an exciting strategy and aggressive product roadmap and requires the following skills:

- Solid Linux administration and strong Shell Scripting skills
- Python/Perl
- Java Coding skills - Expert
- Solid experience in Git source control
- Jenkins/Maven/Ant
- Has experience in developing new workflows/tools that hooks into CI tooling
- Experience with change management processes and release management

The ideal candidate will be a bright assured self starter with equally good technical and interpersonal skills. We are looking for somebody who is willing to learn (both business and technical), with the ability to take on additional responsibilities.
