Build Engineer / Bauleiter Werksumbau Automotive (m/w)

Aktuell sind wir auf der Suche nach einem Bauleiter für die technische Gebäudeausrüstung für ein spannendes Projekt im Bereich Werksaumbau im Bereich Automotive.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:
+ project management / construction management regarding refurbishment of electricity, natural gas, compressor for different plants
+ timing management
+ budget & cost management
+ supplier coordination
+ conflict management.

+ Industrial engineering , with knowledge on building structure and utilities (electricity, natural gas, compressor)
+ Knowledge of german regulation in term of permit and building regulation / permit
+ Project management skill : timing management, budget & cost management, supplier coordination and conflict management
+ Good level of Microsoft Office
+ German / English language skills
+ Good Communication skills to work within team
+ Synthetic : able to provide status / risk assessment / proposed solution to project team and management
