Build Engineer

BUILD ENGINEER REDMOND, WA 12 MONTH CONTRACT

Our hugely popular client is looking for a candidate to be responsible for updating an existing product build system to support modern systems and components, evaluating and fixing deficiencies in the build environment, and improving documentation on the use of the system for product developers. Work will involve interactions between several technologies, most notably MSBuild, .NET, PowerShell, and various compiler environments.

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THESE SKILLS:

- Significant experience with MSBuild
- Experience with .NET programming, and at least a reading knowledge of C++
- Good written English skills
- Ability to understand a debug a complex system without supervision
- Experience with PowerShell

HELPFUL, BUT NOT REQUIRED:

- Development experience with C++
- Development experience on Mac OS X
- Experience with building MSI installers, WiX and JavaScript
