BUILD COORDINATOR
For one of our clients in Norway, Motorola Solutions (Nødnett) are we looking for a Build Coordinator to start ASAP.
Nødnett is the public safety network in Norway.
MSI is responsible of delivering the project to dNk (Direktoratet för Nød Kommunikasjon)
We are now searching for a new team member to the office in Oslo, Norway. As such you will be part of the Nødnett National ROM team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the whole building process and progress in the service area assigned
- Ensure quality, progress and that work is done as per agreed schedule
- Working within the ROM team and with the Customer, securing that the project specifications for CW & TI are met and built with the right quality.
- Manage meetings and other communication with the CW-TI subcontractors.
- Perform random quality site visits
- Follow up and verify that Subcontractors close their deficiencies.
- Inform QA Manager immediately of possible health & safety and environmental related risks, non-compliance and incidents.
- Reporting- Monitor the accuracy of Subcontractor daily input to Tarantula. (site details, work packages, transmission, site configuration, quality module)
- Issuing PO to suppliers and receive sites in Tigers.
- Verify Additional Works Requests coming from the Subcontractors
SKILLS:
- Good knowledge within Telecom quality.
- Good skills and knowledge within Civil work, Telecom Implementation.
- PM experience for telecom projects.
- Good communication skills and abilities.
- Experience in technical/as build documentation.
- Detail oriented.
- Fluent English speaking
- Driving license
- Preferably also Norwegian, Swedish or Danish speaking.
- The daily work will mainly be in MSI office, but also randomly site visits to follow up build progress.
