Buffer/Formulation Operator Job

BUFFER/FORMULATION OPERATOR needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in MARIETTA, PA.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- This position is responsible for aseptic operations related to Buffer Preparation, Bulk Formulation, Filter Integrity Testing, Bulk Thawing, Vessel Decontamination, CIP/SIP and Vessel transfer in Grade A/B areas.
- Support operations of processing equipment in accordance with SOPs Freezers, Cold Boxes, Buffer Preparation, Bulk.
- Formulation, Thaw Baths, Transfer Vessels and Filter Integrity Testing. Report any safety or quality issues to the senior operator and or supervisor in a timely fashion.
- Responsible for accurate documentation as required under GMP guidelines. Assist with start up, validation and re-qualification of process equipment and systems Buffer Preparation, Bulk Formulation, Filter Integrity Testing, Bulk Thawing, Decon/CIP/SIP Transfer Vessels.
- Monitor and report aseptic area environmental conditions using PEMS. Operate Autoclaves and MAL's in accordance with SOPs.
- Identify and recommend improvements to equipment, compliance systems, safety and productivity.
- Interact with equipment and automation systems.
- Perform batch record document review and interacting with the computer inventory control system.
- Troubleshoot process equipment and interacts with maintenance personnel when repair is necessary.
- Follow instruction given by the Senior Operator or Supervisor.
- Follows all SOPs to avoid deviations on non conforming quality attributes.
- Contribute towards the established manufacturing efficiencies.
- Perform all job responsibilities in compliance with applicable regulations, standard operating procedures, and industry practice.
- Work independently with minimal supervision to perform normal processes and procedures.
- Handling and transfer of materials into classified areas.
- Maintain supply inventories.
- Ensure all activities are executed within EHS standards to promote a safe culture.
- Work on any assignment as directed.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Bachelors degree in science related field or high school diploma and equivalent experience
