Budget Analyst Job

BUDGET REVIEW ANALYST needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in GREENVILLE, SOUTH CAROLINA.

The Big Picture - Top Skills You Should Possess:

- Financial auditing experience
- Cost justification/verification experience

What You'll Be Doing:

- Conduct an informal budget audit and cost justification/verification
- Work with team members to thoroughly understand and document the purpose of the charges.

This includes:
- Challenging all aspects of how calculations are made.
- Understanding the charges, calculations and the billing process
- Looking for cost savings opportunities
- Working with team members to recommend changes in the calculations or costs.
- Simplifying and/or clarifying data.
- Communicate and report on findings and savings, as well as help organize the charges
- Provide documentation around areas for future consideration.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Bachelors Degree in a business discipline
- Seven (7+) years of experience with auditing financials
- Previous job costing/billing/business financials experience
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to manage and take ownership of small projects as assigned
