JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Key duties of the Project Manager include:
- Act as Customer's central contact point on site for the all project matter;
- Focus on the costumer delivery and service satisfaction
- Overall in charge of all design activities of the project;
- Manage Customer's project teams to deliver the project according to plan, specification and with high quality standard;
- Monitor the progress of the project to ensure the completion is according to the agreed schedule.
- Report the project progress to all involved parties periodically and on time.
- Co-ordinate project progress review meetings on system design
- Act as program manager and handling several projects in parallel
- Provide necessary training or experience sharing
- Keep communication with Global account and share the costumer voice to every OB
- Need to communicate with the local account costumer, influence and improve the costumer perception
- Involve in the manage service for the BSS after build up.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Over 6 years' experience in implementing Large Scale Telecom Projects in BSS domain.
- Good technical background in BSS domain
- Good presentation and communication skills in English and with all levels of customers
- Ability to handle different activities in parallel on Requirements Plan, Delivery Plan and O&M Plan
