BSS PROJECT MANAGER
Location: Brussels, Belgium
Our client, a leading Telecommunication company are seeking an experienced BSS Project Manager to work on a large scale BSS (CRM/Billing) project in Brussels.
Responsibilities of BSS Project Manager include;
- Act as central contact point on site for the all project matter;
- Focus on the costumer delivery and service satisfaction
- Overall in charge of all design activities of the project;
- Manage BSS project teams to deliver the project according to plan, specification and with high quality standard;
- Monitor the progress of the project to ensure the completion is according to the agreed schedule.
- Report the project progress to all involved parties periodically and on time.
- Co-ordinate project progress review meetings on system design
- Provide necessary training or experience sharing
- Need to communicate with the local account costumer, influence and improve the costumer perception
- Involve in the manage service for the BSS after build up.
Background from BSS Project Manager;
- 6+ years implementing large scale Telecommunication projects in BSS domain
- Good technical understanding of BSS domain (Billing, CRM, Mediation etc)
- Project Management/Programme Management background and certifications
