BSS/OSS Architect - Billing and Charging Architecture

JWA is screening candidates in search of a BSS/OSS Architect for an exciting 12 month extendable contract. For this project, some remote working will be an option and substantial travel to the USA is a prerequisite. You will have strong architectural experience as well as good written and verbal communication skills. Architect support services will include authoring reviewing and updating the following documents:

- High Level Architecture
- High Level Design
- L1/2 Sequence Diagrams
- Deployment Models
- Big Rocks
- Technical JAD material documentation
- Architectural Requirements
- Point of View
- Heat Map for Impact Assessment

You will have a broad knowledge across billing system domains but deep expertise in one of Amdocs CES/Ensemble/Ericsson billing systems. Furthermore, support services will include review and update of the following architecture:

- Order Management Customer Account Management
- Payment/Fraud Management, Financial Care, Usage Fraud Management
- Credit Management, Campaign Management, Finance and Finance Reporting
- Retail/POS/Kiosk
- Indirect Dealers/National Retail
- Trade-in, Loan, Lease
- Business activity and Operational reporting
- Physical Architecture, Control and Compliance
