BSS Operations Analyst

Our high profile client are looking for a BSS Operation Analyst to work on a long term contract in Riyadh-Saudi Arabia.

Your role will be to provide operational and maintenance of operation systems across multiple platforms Windows & Unix, Middleware applications,  database administration, capacity planning and performance management.

Required Skills:
Extensive experience in implementing BSS solutions for Telecom operators, experience in developing functional specifications based on BSS customer processes, good understanding of BSS landscape, interfaces, data and information exchange requirements. Extensive knowledge of BSS architecture and process design, knowledge of BSS off the shelf products - EMC smarts, Spectrum, HP Open View, Remedy. Understanding of configuration and customisation adaptation to customise solutions to meet the clients services/business models. Experience with Billing, Order management, Inventory management, Network service management.
