BSS Functional Analyst

As an IT Functional Analyst, you take part in some of the most ambitious projects in a fast-paced challenging environment. As part of the IT BSS team, you are responsible for the solution design process of company wide integration & migration projects, possibly spanning multiple years.

AS AN BSS FUNCTIONAL ANALYST, YOU

- interpret & analyze business requirements from departments such as marketing, sales & care, legal, finance, etc. in both B2C
- communicate
- analyze the IT landscape
- drive change via a number of solution options & agree with IT partners on final project approach.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR MOTIVATED, 'TEAM PLAYER' CONSULTANTS WITH A 'CAN DO' ATTITUDE AND PROVEN EXPERIENCE BY MEANS OF

- thorough knowledge of business process in CRM, sales, order management
- understanding business priorities and user requirements;
- deep understanding of IT landscapes in various contexts
- hands on solutioning activities in complex IT projects of large organizations, including large migration projects;
- excellent soft skills for elaborating with all kinds of business stakeholders;
- Hands on experience within the telecommunications sector

Proficiency in English is a must with French and or Dutch a nice to have
