CUSTOMER PROJECT MANAGER - DUBLIN

As a Customer Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing a major pre-sales in the BSS full stack area, transitioning into a major customer project for system integration solutions.

You will be working through all phases of projects from pre-sales through establishment, realisation & handover. You will have a high level of customer interaction and co-ordination with product development units, competence centres and third party providers (3PPs).

You will be responsible to ensure that projects are completed according to the Ericsson project delivery methodology.

This role is highly visible and requires excellent inter-personal, leadership and communication skills. It will demand constant interaction with account teams, delivery teams, 3PPs and the customer. This role is likely to be suited to CPMs with strong experience gained in BSS full stack/billing/charging technologies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- End - to- end project Life Cycle Management for a full stack BSS delivery
- Scoping and costing of a major delivery.
- Communication Management within projects.
- Control of project budget.
- Risk Management.
- Customer interaction and management
- Management of delivery resources and interaction with delivery organisations.
- Stakeholder reporting and communication
- Project governance
- New business identification.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Minimum of BE in Engineering or equivalent, MBA an advantage.
- PMP Certified or equivalent.
- Broad telecoms and IT knowledge
- Very good knowledge of one of the following product portfolios: BSS/charging/billing
- Minimum of 10 years Telecom Experience that includes at least 7 years in a customer facing role
- Proven track record in the cost and time management of projects
- Excellent customer management abilities
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience of managing diverse teams
- International experience an advantage
- Strong track record in engaging with customers and problem solving
