BSS/CRM/Systems Project Manager - Telecoms, Italy

Responsibility for Big BSS Transformation Projects .

- Planning and Managing MAJOR BSS projects
- Define and execute the strategy and plan
- Being responsible for large scale cutovers, migrations, upgrades, delivery or implementation of BSS/CRM/Systems
- Being responsible for end to end Solutions, 3rd parties
- Work out and monitor execution of detailed pre-, cut over and post-cut-over steps
- Organize and run cut-over rehearsals
- Manage communication and co-operation between us, Customer and 3rd parties

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:

- 10 years or above BSS/IT/Telco technical background
- Strong management experience and excellent leadership skills;
- Excellent Project Management skills
- Proven ability to interact and lead in a multi-cultural environment

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:

- Hands- on experience of managing BSS/CRM/IT transformation projects as senior manager.
- Proven track record of success in managing multiple projects simultaneously

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION(S) AND PERSONAL TRAITS:

- Hands on attitude
- 100% target orientation
- Driven and 'failure is not an option' culture
- Degree or above in a relevant discipline.
