BSS/Billing Functional Analyst

The Company
ConSol Partners' client is the largest provider of cable broadband services in Belgium. Its business comprises the provision of analog and digital cable television, fixed and mobile telephone services and they're currently looking for a BSS/Billing functional analyst to join the their team.
Responsibiilities:
Working in a team of functional and technical analysts handling projects on the BSS Rating and Billing systems within the Telenet environment
Functional scope includes:
o Rating: Usage rating, Real Time rating, usage configuration for mobile, fixed telephony, iDTV, Internet
o Billing: Product configuration, discounts, promotions, VAT, billing behavior configuration
o Bill presentment: Bill preparation, bill presentment
o Post-billing: Online and offline payments, finance feeds, journaling and cash journaling, regulatory requirements, revenue share, electronic feeds, reporting
o Interfaces: 3rd party settlements, CRM, revenue share, order orchestration interface, self-care, architecture interface definition
o Other: Systems migration, archiving/partitioning, operational scheduling
Cooperation with other teams to realize integration projects End-to-End:
o Online team: Customer facing web applications & apps
o BSS Sales and Customer Services team: Order intake, order management, quotation engine, workflow orchestration
o OSS team: Technical order management & provisioning
Requirements:
BSS business and functional knowledge in Rating and Billing Telecom. Knowledge on Kenan Amdocs billing system. Netcraker billing system, Doc1 is an added value
Functional knowledge on Billing and Post-billing, including product configuration, usage modelling, interfaces definition, payments, revenue sharing, migrations
Requirements definition, solution analysis and high level design specification
Project life cycle, Agile methodologies, coordination & end to end support
Technical background: Oracle, SQL, UML, BMPN, SOA, Enterprise architecture
Soft Skills Needed:
Result driven, can-do attitude
