BSS Architect - Pre-Sales

The Role:

A BSS Architect is required for our clients project team to help design and deliver complex BSS projects to MNO and MVNO clients in the Netherlands.

The BSS Architect will work in both pre-sales and post phases of projects and may support and work on multiple projects simultaneously - ultimately providing your BSS expertise to ensure the our clients customers needs are met.

Scope:

- Serve as an SME for BSS, including there processes, technical components, interfaces and security elements.
- Analyses customer requirements determining required user journeys and business processes to meet those requirements.
- Architecting the overall BSS solution across, CRM, Fulfilment, Assurance and Billing, defining interfaces.
- Documenting the design and preparing proposal material including solution description
- Presenting solution designs to potential customers and talking knowledgeably about industry best practices for BSS technology, configuration and testing.

You will:

- Have Knowledge of IT Service Management including ITIL standards and service management tools (eg. BMC Remedy)
- Have experience of Architecting BSS platforms for European MNO's and/or MVNO's.
- Experience of working in a pre-sales environment (proposal writing, customer presentations/demonstrations).
