*BSS - predominantly - CRM - product configuration, data model, typical integrations and Billing - some knowledge on rating plans, data model, typical integrations
*OSS
*Telecom products, preferably B2B (but not essential) and/or voice products
*General experience of IT Architecture: creating high-level designs, assessments, knowledge of major vendors and IT technologies
*Knowledge of Architecture frameworks and methodologies
