BSO-BISO-IT Project and Coordination (Brussels)

Je functie: Context
IT Operational Security Management (OSM) & Business Security Office (BSO) is a team in the IT Servicing & Production department.
The mission of the OSM sub team is to deliver operational services :
° Advise and support other departments in complex security related problems that requires a deep knowledge of the implemented security models
° Participation in security projects in line with the security policy of the Bank with as goal to guarantee the continuity of the IT environment and/or security
° Validate and implement the operational security conform the Banks security policy and in line with the security guidelines in order to set the access authorizations on the platforms and applications

Mission of BSO-IT:
° BSO-IT manages accesses to systems, applications, folders, mailboxes of IT users (internal, body shoppers & fixed price contractors)
° Security actors have expertise in various domain. User management activity benefits from it in terms of quality, efficiency, rapidity
° BISO support and consultancy

Function Description
* Coordination of security related project in IT (Access Migration, Folder migration, Setup of security/accesses for new teams…)
* Reporting on risk and actions
* Contributes to the implementation of audit Reco's
* Participation to implementation and execution of a Security Control Plan
*Ad hoc analysis on major risk & preparation of presentation for the IT management team meeting (CIO level) in close collaboration with the BISO (*)
* Follow up on implementation of the risk based information security strategy approach
* Assessment of application sensitivity (confidentiality, integrity, availability, traceability)
* Procedures & documentation reviewer and writer
* Analyse and resolves security related incidents
* Facilitate collaboration between external suppliers and BNPPF regarding to security matters
* Coaching of user manager team on new process
* Communication on security related subjects toward IT management / experts communities
(*) BISO= Business Information Security Officer (deputy of CISO for IT scope)

Je profiel: Required Knowledge and Experience

Level of education required
Master or equivalent by experience in Business Engineering or Business Science

Languages
French Good practical knowledge of both written and spoken
Dutch Good practical knowledge of both written and spoken
English Good practical knowledge of both written and spoken

Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience / seniority in IT Security , Risk management or Service management

Technical Experience
Mandatory
° Knowledge of SQL
° Windows 7 or above
° Windows Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access-db, …)

Preferable
° Knowledge of SAS
° Basic knowledge of ITIL processes
° Basic knowledge in Lean & Agile
° Basic knowledge of Active Directory and/or LDAP
° Basic knowledge of Windows Server
° Basic knowledge RACF
° Basic knowledge SAM/Enterprise

Business Experience
Mandatory
° Experience as in project management, project planning
° Experience in business analysis
° Security background (RBAC model, Identity & Access Management)
° Experience of working in project & process context in international organizations.

Preferable
° Experience of process management in Banking environment
° Knowledge of information security regulation and standards (ISO 27000, PCI, DPO)
° Knowledge of the BNPPF security environment
