BSCS/Database Administrator (DBA): Networkers Internationals established telecoms client are urgently looking for a BSCS skilled DBA for a mission in Chile/Santiago
Project Description:
The end customer porting project, which cover BSCS, No BSCS app, and all customers Databases, porting from Oracle8i/HPUX 11.11 to Oracle11g/HP-ux11.31. This request is for one DBA to manage the infrastructure of all project environment, covering: BSCS env life cycle, Database support, supporting also Development/Test/Performance teams.
Main Tasks:
Define the environment Pre Requirements (S.O., Database and BSCS app)
Support customer's team to deploy the environments.
Upload (import) the full production databases (BSCS + Non BSCS) into project environments.
Support Ericsson teams, during Compilation, Tests, UAT and Performance phases. That support will cover all about the infrastructure of O.S. and Database.
Install and manage the new BSCS shipment, ported to HPUX 11.31, in all project environments. Support customers during design of new Production environment.
Support and acts as backup of the Ericsson DBA, which is working in Database Upgrade.
Skill:
Oracle Database 11g administration.
HPUX 11.31 administration.
BSCS 6 install, update and governance.
C and Oracle Pro*C compiler knowledge, is desirable.
