In order to enable the phasing out of a platform, we should migrate 160,000 consumers telephony customers to another existing platform.
These customers are connected through Davolink/Comtrend modems based on MGCP.
An research shall be initiated to identify the possibilities of migration so BroadSoft professional services can deliver to the client
The chain is then Davolink/Comtrend - F5 Loadbalancer - BroadSoft (on MGCP). The work will mainly consist of extensive testing (including ATP) of telephony services with current modems on the BroadSoft environment.
