*BRIDGE ENGINEER (CIVIL OR STRUCTURAL) - ABERDEEN - £20-25PH*

Our Aberdeen based client has a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Civil or Structural Engineer to work with an existing team on the construction of a new steel bridge.

YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO:

- Check detailed designs and drawings and ensure work is properly planned in accordance with the programme for delivery, discipline and technical Work scope.
- Apply procedures and systems to ensure the safety of staff, and others.

Our ideal candidate will preferably will have a Degree in engineering, Chartered Engineer MICE or MIStructE. Expert in the field with an in depth and varied structural assessment and design experience in bridges. Proficient at computer aided design with awareness of design/drafting integration software. Ideally Experience of new build, strengthening and refurbishment of bridges and hold a good understanding of health and safety and CDM requirements. Pro-actively develop good internal client, external and sub-contractor relationships.
