BRIEF OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE:
Become a full member of the IT team and provide IT support to clients
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To provide application and technical support to clients
- responsible for installing hardware,
- servicing of machines,
- to provide maintenance and repair of already-installed products.
- Customer dissatisfaction/conflict resolution challenges
REQUIREMENTS:
- Understanding of customer & business requirements, and the companies internal systems (or ability to acquire).
- Experience working in a desktop/field Engineer position
- full clean drivers license
